Marvelous Maleah -
Delicious maple syrup & whipped cream, a beautiful
combination.
Heavy on the maple syrup for
this cream and coffee drink. Fresh local maple syrup at
the beginning of spring is better than your regular
supermarket syrup.
Ingredients:
- 2
cups hot coffee
- 1/4
cup maple syrup
- 1/2
cup half & half

Chocolate whipped cream
- 1/2
tsp vanilla
- 1
cup vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Heat the milk and syrup
together in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Stir
in the coffee. Serve topped with whipped cream.
To ice this one up, cool your coffee in the fridge,
add 6 ice cubes and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream,
blend well, top with chocolate whipped cream and
chocolate sprinkles.
Serves 3

Mexican Hacienda - Hot
coffee with chocolate and brown sugar and other spices.
Mixing
your spices before you brew can add flavor so easily.
This is a particularly sweet way to serve up a cup of
coffee, with generous amounts of chocolate and brown
sugar.
Ingredients:

125ml ground coffee

80ml chocolate syrup
- 1
tbs cinnamon

250ml milk
-
60ml brown sugar
- 1/4
tsp nutmeg
- 1
tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Before brewing, combine
coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brew however you like. In
another small saucepan, heat brown sugar, syrup and
milk. Stir until sugar is melted and dissolved. Pour
sugar mixture into hot coffee, and add vanilla.

Cafe Falyn Girl -
Enough honey to make it delicious, always a sweet happy
delight.
Honey has a wonderful
flavor, as well as adding some natural sweetness to
your cup of coffee. It doesn't take much to change the
whole feeling of your cup.
Ingredients:

cups hot coffee
- 1/2
cup milk
- 4
tbs honey
- 1/8
tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Heat everything until
warm, but not boiling. Stir well to dissolve the
honey, and serve. Serves 3-4

Arabian Spicy Night
- A lightly spiced coffee made traditionally, without a
filter.
It
takes a bit of practice to serve unfiltered coffee while
keeping the grounds in the pot.
Ingredients:
- 1
pint water
- 3
tbs ground coffee
- 3
tbs sugar
- 1/4
tsp cinnamon
- 1/8
tsp cardamom
- 1
tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Heat all ingredients in a
saucepan until foam starts to form on top. Serve
immediately. To keep it traditional, don't pour coffee
through a filter.

This quick recipe has all
the ingredients coming together before you
actually brew your coffee. How convenient. The anise and
orange add a noticeable tropical flavor to your coffee.
Ingredients:

tbs coarse ground coffee
- 2
tsp sugar
- 1/2
tsp cinnamon
- 1
tsp cocoa
- 1
tsp anise seed

pinch of dried orange peel
Preparation:
Combine all your
ingredients, and brew your pot of coffee by your
favorite method. Using a French press is traditional
for this coffee recipe though not required - yea,
enjoy!

Deutschland Black Forest - Like drinking a delicious cup of cake.
With cherries, chocolate and
whipped cream, it's almost like drinking a cup of liquid
black forest cake. You should try this if you have a
real sweet tooth and like cherries.
Ingredients:

oz hot coffee
- 2
tbs chocolate syrup
- 1
tbs maraschino cherry juice

Whipped cream

Chocolate shavings

Maraschino cherries
Preparation:
In a mug, mix coffee,
syrup and cherry juice. Stir well then top with
whipped cream, chocolate shavings and cherries.
Yep, it'll make you want to start speaking German and
give you the urge to visit the German Alps! Serves 1
person, double or triple the recipe for more people.

Cafe De Dude - Spoil
yourself, a sweet
coffee drink, made with chocolate and attitude.
Unique with chocolate and
cloves. Preparation is a bit unusual. You steep the
coffee grounds with the other ingredients instead of
traditional brewing.
Ingredients:
- 8
cups water
- 4
oz ground coffee
- 4
oz brown sugar
- 2
cinnamon sticks
- 3
cloves, whole
- 1
square of semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation:
Boil water in a saucepan,
then add cinnamon, cloves, sugar and chocolate. When
the mixture comes to a boil, skim off foam. Reduce the
heat to a simmer, then add coffee. Steep for 5 minutes
then serve.

White Chocolate Dreamer
- This is both a coffee recipe and a hot chocolate recipe.
You don't always have to use
dark chocolate when making cocoa. Hot chocolate made
with white chocolate is particularly relaxing and
smooth. This is a very creamy recipe.
Ingredients:

oz white chocolate, chopped
- 2
cups half n half
- 3
cups hot coffee

Whipped cream
Preparation:
Heat the milk and
chocolate together in a saucepan until melted and
smooth. Stir in coffee and serve with chocolate
(serious) whipped cream on
top. Serves 6 happy adults.

An interesting blend of
citrus, cream and brown sugar. Really something special

Ingredients:

tbs instant coffee
- 1
tbs brown sugar
- 2
tbs orange juice
Preparation:
Make your instant coffee
then add your brown sugar and orange juice. Decorate
with whipped cream, a thin slice or orange and maybe
even a bit of orange rind for a really nice citrus touch.

- A little molasses adds a delicious flavor to your
coffee.
Go easy on the molasses, the
flavor can be potent. A traditional taste for autumn
recipes that makes this something special to serve your
guests at
Thanksgiving with your fresh from the oven pumpkin pie.
Ingredients:

1/2 cups hot coffee
- 1
tsp molasses
- 1/4
cup light cream
- 1/8
tsp cinnamon
- 1/2
tsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
Combine in a mug, stir
well to dissolve the molasses. Wet the rim of the cup
with a bit of coffee then sprinkle on a bit of
powdered sugar for the impressive and comforting
effect. Serve hot.

Magic -
This coffee drink is mostly milk, with coffee and brown
sugar.
Tiffany's Sweet Magic Coffee
is mainly a milk drink, flavored with a tad of coffee
and brown sugar. It's quick and easy to make, and a
deliciously comforting drink for a cold winter night by
the fireplace.
Ingredients:
- 3
1/2 cups milk
- 1/4
cup instant coffee
- 1/4
cup brown sugar
Preparation:
Heat milk to almost
boiling, then stir in coffee and sugar. When it's
dissolved, serve in warm mugs. Serves 4. Go
ahead and top
it with a swirl of sweet whipped topping to make your
soul smile big.

Pumpkin Pie Latte
- The perfect coffee recipe for the Halloween season.
Also great for the
Thanksgiving season too. Not just flavored with cinnamon
and allspice, this latte actually contains pureed
pumpkin. It's spicy, thick and deliciously wonderful.
Ingredients:
- 1
tbs canned pumpkin
- 2
tbs vanilla extract
- 1/4
tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1
cup milk
- 1/2
cup strong coffee, or 1/4 cup espresso
Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat your milk
and pumpkin until steaming. Stir in vanilla and
cinnamon. Put mixture in a blender, and blend for
15-20 seconds until thick and foamy. Pour into tall
glass, then add coffee (or espresso). Top with a
sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice or ground nutmeg.
Serves 1

Misae's Japanese
Dance -
Sesame seeds and sweet honey - a very exotic taste.
Sesame seeds are an unusual
addition to this simple coffee recipe. They give a nice
nutty taste. Make sure you strain them out carefully.
You don't want to be picking seeds out of your teeth.
Ingredients:
- 2
cups hot coffee
- 2 tbs honey
- 1
1/2 tbs sugar

1 tbs sesame seeds
Preparation:
Heat ingredients together
until honey and sugar are dissolved. Simmer for
another 2 minutes. Strain out the seeds and serve into
demitasse cups. A wonderful oriental blend you'll
always remember. Serves 4

Jessica Le Flower - Happy and focused
instant coffee with a touch of sweet vanilla.
If you're new to brewing up
your own custom coffee drinks, this is a simple recipe
to start with which has a nice touch of brown sugar for
that down to earth taste along with a sprinkling of
vanilla.
Ingredients:
- 2
tbs instant coffee
- 2
tbs brown sugar
- 1
tbs vanilla extract
- 2 cups boiling water
Preparation:
Split the coffee and
vanilla between 2 mugs. Dissolve the brown sugar in
your water and heat in a saucepan to boiling. Pour
your brown sugar sweetened water into the two mugs,
stir well then serve. Serves 2
